where does the time go???

This little munchkin is 5. How did that happen???
It seems like forever ago since we welcomed her into our family, and yet the details of her birth day are so clear and seem so recent.
She is a complicated blend of silly, sensitive, sweet, and sassy. Her self-awareness at her young age is sometimes astounding - definitely a challenge of sorts. She is loved by many, and it is no wonder why. Her deep love of those around her is evident. Her creativity seems to us to be just below the surface, waiting for her to grow in the confidence necessary to walk in all that the Lord has blessed her with. She keeps her Mommy on her knees, and her Daddy on his toes (she OWNS him!).
Sweet Sofia, we love you and couldn't imagine US without YOU. Thanks for what you've taught us already.
